Station 42 - Foxfield

Fire Station 42 is located at 7320 South Parker Road, Foxfield CO 80016 (near Parker Road and Arapahoe Road) and features a community room. An Engine, Medic and Brush Truck are housed here with a crew of 5-6 Firefighters.

Engine 42

South Metro's Engine Companies are designed to be initial response units to all-hazard emergencies involving fires, medicals, traffic accidents or hazardous materials. Engines are staffed by 3 or 4 firefighters and depending where they are housed in our district, carry between 750 and 1,500 gallons of water. Technical Details - 2015 Pierce Velocity PUC with a 1,500 gpm pump and 1,000 gallon water tank.

Medic 42

South Metro Medic Units are staffed by a crew of two Firefighters and at least one is a Paramedic. They respond to all types of emergencies and can transport patients to the hospital. Technical Details - 2014 Ford / PL Custom

Brush 42

Brush 42 is one of 9 Brush Trucks that South Metro operates. These small fire engines are designed to go off-roading which allows our firefighters to quickly extinguish grass and brush fires. Ford F-450 4x4 with a 400 gallon water tank
